Not bad, but you don't need to put the massive "these are not my characters!" disclaimer on the actual sprite sheet- you can put that in the description instead.

Pretty rough, overall.
Heart is oddly pinched at the bottom.
The lineart is inconsistent- there's black, there's colored, there's parts with no lines...it doesn't work.
There's no point in adding a trigger warning.
The thumbnail you used also completely defeated the point of said warning anyway, as the vomit is completely visible in it.

It is definitely South Park, and recognizable as such, but it needs work overall.

Not bad, but a version with a background might make him stand out a bit better, as he blends into the black Newgrounds interface.

Not bad, but you may want to make a version with a background as well for this and any other pieces prominently featuring the color black so they can be seen more easily.

Pretty rough.
Would recommend adding a background to art prominently featuring the color black when uploading to Newgrounds, as the second version is being lost in the site's black background.

That's something i should had done! For example i did the background for the Agent Mega-Lodon and Syndicate Snakes but didn't realized that was Better even for this, very useful suggestion!

Not bad, but the pyramids should not be casting a shadow on the sky.
Unless the sky is actually a painted backdrop.
