Personally, I prefer your slightly derp cats.
The Ai "looks" more like a real cat, but the illustrations * feel * more like an actual cat than the 3D models do.

Real life background looks weird, and some of the bowtie wasn't fully edited out, but I am partial to a standard grey tabby cat.
Looks a bit like my boy Neptune once did- though to be fair, that could be said of many cats.
Grey stripes is a pretty common coloration for the species, afterall.
Expression is pretty on point.
